The Proposed FY24-25 Budget Book is now available for view here. This budget book will be presented to the Board of Education the week of 2/12/24, and the Board will hold deliberations at multiple meetings through 2/26/24. Please see the Board of Education Meeting Calendar for exact dates, times, and agendas for these meetings. If you have any comments or questions, please feel free to submit them through the budget survey link, which can be found here.

We are pleased to announce that this morning we received a special visit from Governor Ned Lamont and Charlene Russell-Tucker, our Commissioner of Education, amongst other notable dignitaries, to announce our very own Ms. Kiana Foster-Mauro as the State of Connecticut’s Teacher of the Year! We are so VERY proud of Ms. Foster-Mauro and this amazing achievement!

Welcome to NLPS 2024, our new 3-year strategic plan! NLPS 2024 aims to continue the strategic work begun in 2018 and now extends and enhances our district goals through 2024. NLPS 2024 begins by laying out 10 key over-arching focus areas, which frame our 3-year priority goals.
